These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vocabito: Learn Spanish Daily (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Vocabito is designed for daily Spanish vocabulary learning through widgets, flashcards, reminders, phonetic reading guidance, and pronunciation tools. You agree to use the App lawfully and responsibly.

Subscriptions and Premium Features

Some features require an auto-renewable subscription or a one-time purchase. The App Store purchase sheet shows the exact product, price, billing period, and trial terms before purchase. Apple processes payments. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Free Trials

If a subscription includes a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Apple determines trial eligibility.

Refunds

Apple handles App Store refund requests and makes the final decision. When you request a refund, you consent to our sharing purchase consumption and App usage information with Apple. This information may include purchase delivery, App usage, purchase consumption, and purchase or refund history. We may also send Apple our preferred refund outcome.

Intellectual Property

The App, including content, design, text, and functionality, is owned by Vocabito and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Learning results depend on personal effort and frequency of use. We do not guarantee specific fluency, test results, or timelines.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time to improve reliability, performance, or product direction.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Termination

We may limit or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if operation/security of the App is at risk.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
